They are furnished with soundproof windows, and also come with a mini fridge bar. For more comfort, bathrobes, along with a spa bathtub and a hot tub, are provided. The city can be observed from some of the comfortable rooms. Looking onto the street, the superior apartment features kitchenette with a microwave, an electric kettle, and an oven.

Breakfast is offered in the restaurant every morning. The restaurant is open from 12:30 until 14:30. It is open for dinner 30:22 to 00:. Serving Southern-Italian specialities, Roxy Bar Trattoria Pizzeria is 200 metres away.

Guests can make different arrangements at the luxury Jazz, including diving, hiking, and cycling or rent bicycles to explore Olbia.
